"Multiplicatons" is the third series of paintings by Sebastian Bieniek (B1EN1EK) from the oeuvre of Bieniek-Text (BieniekText).

There were seven paintings created for the series. The first was made in 2012 in a very simple way repeating again and again the words "Very, very... very important artwork" and so is its titel: "A very, very imortant artwork".

Three years later Sebastian Bieniek conitued work on the series with a much larger painting titeled: "20.000 Problems".

New later paintings of the series are all reach on colors, painted on a large 200 cm. x 200 cm. canvas with oil colors.

All paintings from the seres have the same concept. It's the same words, that are repeated again and again, and somehow changing its meaning by this repetition.

For example the first work titeled "A very, very important artwork", seems to lose its importance with every new "very" that is written on it.

The topic is as very often in the case of Sebastian Bieniek, the ambivence. The "nonsense in the sense and the sense in the nonsens", as Sebastian Bieniek says.
