In the performance, which began on October 12, 1999, Sebastian Bieniek was lying naked for three days in half a ton of minced meat. The performance took place in the unheated rooms of the Kunsthaus Tacheles. The minced meat in which Sebastian Bieniek lay had been delivered frozen by the butcher.
